Survival Fundamentals For Today's World: In today's increasingly violent world the need for personal survival skills should be a priority. This session focuses on developing both mental and physical skills needed to win in today's aggressive society. The session can be tailored to meet any business' or organization's needs.

Solving Drug Issues in the Workplace: It is a sad fact but most workplace environments are adversely affected by drug abuse. Drug misuse causes loss of productivity, revenue, and even loss of life. This session will focus on the recognition of drugs, their effects upon employees, and how to win the war against drug abuse. This session can be tailored to meet any business' or company's specific needs.

Winning the War Against Violence: This session will give an overview of violence in the workplace with the main emphasis being on the recognition of potentially violent behavioral cues and how to react to them. Violence can often be stopped before it starts by establishing a proactive and alert environment. This class is applicable to any environment and can be tailored to fit any organization.

Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB ®): My Brother's Keeper offers a variety of classes about the Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB ®). MOAB® courses present principles, techniques, and skills for recognizing, reducing, and managing violent and aggressive behavior. The program also provides humane and compassionate methods of dealing with aggressive people.

MOAB® courses are the most innovative, comprehensive and effective course on managing aggressive behavior in the country today.

Developing the Warrior Leader: Ask workers what trait they most want their bosses to display and the majority will say they want a strong leader. There is a big difference between being a manager and being a leader. This training will discuss what it takes to develop the "warrior" leadership that lies within each of us.
