My Brother's Keeper, LLC trains law enforcement and security personnel to safely and effectively use handcuffs (PATH®), pepper spray (OCAT®), baton tactics (PPBT®), and defensive tactics (PPC&D®). Please click on the links below for details about each course.

The PATH® training course is the most complete and innovative handcuffing course in the country. Handcuffs are the most often used tool by officers, yet training is severely lacking. Proper training in the use of handcuffs is vital to officers.

Commonly called "pepper spray", Oleoresin Capsicum is a convenient aerosol spray that is used as a protective device. When used before hands-on defense, there is less risk of injury to all parties. The OCAT® training program is designed for public safety officers who deal with conflict or potential violence.

The Personal Protection Baton Tactics (PPBT®) course is a straight and expandable baton training program and is designed for public safety officers who deal with conflict or potential violence. Proper training in their use is essential to reduce injuries to officers and suspects and to protect the officer and agency from frivolous lawsuits.

Most confrontations are resolved peacefully with verbal and non-verbal communications skills, but a small percentage of the time physical control and defense skills must be used by officers. The Personal Protection Control & Defense (PPC&D®) training program was organized to provide officers with the skills needed to control aggressive individuals and to defend themselves against assaults.
